Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using EasyGallery (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You keep all ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, resize and display your content only as needed to run the Service, including showing published galleries publicly.

You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload or share content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, is hateful, harassing, violent, infringes copyright or privacy, or contains malware.

Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans and limits

The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans, when available, will be billed as described at checkout. We may change features, limits or prices with reasonable notice.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on EasyGallery infringes your rights, contact us through the Support page with the details and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account settings; this permanently deletes your galleries and photos. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and your photos safe, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of your photos.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy

We only use your personal data to provide the Service, as required by applicable data protection law (including the GDPR).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will go to the competent courts, without affecting any consumer rights to bring claims where you live.
